3rd marking period

this was a quiz block where we were giving a block and we had to create it. we had to use sketch up in order to make it. the tools i used where the pull and pull because it made it easier and faster to make it. the other tools i used were the line tool and tape measure tool and the eraser to get rid of parts. that the only tools i use to create it.

                            3D

this was done in Photoshop and it was consisted of 5 rectangles. i learn how to make the room look like it looks like. we use some old tools like the eclipse tool and the Gaussian option. we also use the polygonal lasso tool to make the object look like light was coming down to it. another tool we used was the Elliptical Marquee Tool to make the lighting under the object show.

for this project i learned something new which was how to create a simple animated glow effect. i learned a new type of saving option called "save for web and devices.." (gif). Another thing i learn was how to group all the layers into a single folder and change its blending options of one of its layers. I also used some of the old tools like the eclipse tool.

for this one we used to softwares. we first use sketch up to create a ginger bread house and i crated that one. then after we created the house we had to transfer it to photshop to make it a acutal 3-D visual by using 3-D glasses and adding a background to it.
in this one we laern how to use sket up and create 3-D model figures. we just started using this software. i think it is a very interesting software but it is kinda hard for me to create the object.

2nd marking period

for this project i used a solid background. i used cucumbers to cover the bread sticks. the blending option that i used was outer glow to make the important images pop-out. i used cucumbers because they are very healthy and have lots of vitamins in them plus they taste good :).

for this project we had to make a jack O' Lantern. the blending options i used were: stoke, gradient overlay, inner glow, outer glow, and inner shadow. i drew this face because i think it look cool. to add the light shadow under the pumpkin i change the opacity and try to make it seem like the light was coming out of the pumpkin.
